To change a password.
In order to change a password go to Profile tab, then click on Account link. At the bottom click next to the "To change password" statement

To change an email address.
In order to change an email address go to Profile tab, then click on Account link. At the bottom click next to the "To change an email address" statement..

To unsubscribe.
In order to unsubscribe from getting emails from CLub go to Profile tab, then click on Account link. At the bottom click next to the "To unsubscribe" statement..

To delete an account.
In order to delete your account go to Profile tab, then click on Account link. At the bottom click next to the "To delete account" statement. After account is deleted, if you'd like to re-activate your account, please contact us.

To update User Name.
In order to update User Name go to Profile tab, then click on Account link.

Forgot a password.
If you forgot your password go to Login tab. At the bottom click next to the "Forgot your password?" question.

To send an email to member.
In order to send email to the member you've selected using Search functionality, click on "Email Me" link and type your message. Email will be sent by clicking on "Send Email" button. Your email address will be confidential.

Reply to an email.
If you've received an email from member, and would like to reply, login to the club, search for a member who sent you email and reply, or go to the History tab and click reply. Do not reply to the received email.

To send a text message to member.
In order to send SMS to the member you've selected using Search functionality, click on "Text Me" link and type your message Text message will be sent by clicking on "Send SMS" button. Your cell phone number will be confidential. Maximum 3 messages are allowed to send to the same member.

Reply to a text message.
If you've received SMS from member, and would like to reply, login to the club, search for a member who sent you SMS and reply, or go to the History tab and click reply. Do not reply to the received text message.

SMS service.
You may receive only one text message per party/event from QueensJClub. Message and Data rate from your carrier may apply. You may stop receiving text messages from QueensJClub by texting 'STOP' to phone: 646-257-2448. To resume receiving SMS from QueensJClub text 'START' to phone: 646-257-2448. To get help, type 'HELP' keyword to phone: 646-257-2448.

To activate your service.
Your profile and searches are free. In order to activate your service (to be able to communicate with members) there is ONE TIME $26 activation fee for new members to cover administrative and computer server costs. There is NO MONTHLY fees.

Matchmaking service.
If you select a mathchmaker, then in addition to communicating with other members using secure emails on this site you will be using matchmaker's help. Matchmaker will have a meeting with you to discuss your pesonal situation. You can upload a picture and only allow your matchmaker to see it. Matchmaker will only match among members who selected this service.
